All promotion has been via word of mouth, social media, and the e-newsletter. In just two years, Bright Box’s Facebook page—their primary social media tool—has gained more than 10,000 followers, with growing numbers of Twitter and Instagram followers as well. Ticket sales have been steadily improving, with events now consistently full and often sold out.
