The Challenge
The Army National Guard was facing a critical shortage of officers that caused an increasing strain on Guard leaders and resulted in demoralized, overworked officers at greater risk of leaving the Guard. To address this issue, the Guard wanted to create a comprehensive program that could be used by recruiters to demonstrate the benefits and opportunities available as an officer in the Army National Guard.
The Solution
Mind & Media created Answer the Call to boost recruiters’ efforts and compel potential candidates to become officers in the Guard. This suite of multimedia tools comprises the following materials:
- Nine-Chapter Recruiting Presentations DVD: This award-winning DVD features inspiring officer interviews, action-packed footage, and day-in-the-life scenarios.
- Answer the Call User’s Guide: This printed guide helps officer recruiters maximize the impact of their DVD-enhanced recruiting sessions.
- Prospect Marketing CD: This compelling take-home CD provides prospects with information about National Guard officer opportunities.
The Results
A recent study revealed that recruiters are beginning to use and react positively to Answer the Call. Overall, 91 percent of respondents who had watched the prospect marketing CD considered it good or very good.
