The Challenge

The Great Addresses company needed to market two Washington, DC, hotels “sight unseen” to a wide range of potential guests. It tapped Mind & Media to overhaul the hotels’ marketing and branding approach so that more guests would be persuaded to make reservations with them.

 

The Solution

Using our in-house production facilities, our creative team captured the atmosphere, décor, and amenities of each hotel by:

  • Developing a marketing concept and strategy that expressed the unique essence of each hotel
  • Redesigning the hotels’ websites with fresh new interfaces
  • Designing two high-end print brochures with distinctive layouts, beautiful images, and eye-catching graphic art
  • Scripting and taping a three-minute, continuous-loop “on hold” message for the hotels’ phone systems that showcases their features and locations

 

The Results

Winner of the 2004 Communicator Award of Distinction for the Carlyle Suites Hotel, the Great Addresses marketing campaign succeeded in showing the Carlyle Suites and Savoy Suites hotels in their best light, making them highly appealing options for visitors to the capital and Washington natives alike.
