The Challenge

The US Air Force Your Guardians of Freedom (YGOF) program provides commanders and Airmen with the opportunity to thank their families by giving them parent and spouse pins. The Air Force needed Mind & Media to streamline customer service throughout the order process—from placement to final delivery.

The Solution

To ensure continued success of this high-visibility program, Mind & Media:

• Provides comprehensive program management, including extensive website services, on-demand product fulfillment, and customer service support
• Streamlines online ordering and real-time monitoring systems to ensure 24/7 uptime
• Maintains an online/1-800 Help Desk, allowing rapid responses to customer inquiries and issues

The Results

YGOF now provides an efficient and reliable service to the dedicated Airmen of the US Air Force. Mind & Media successfully responded to an initial back order of 16,000 pins and letters in less than two months. We currently fulfill an average of 5,000 orders per month.
