The Challenge

The USDA/Army Youth Development Project (AYDP) brings 4-H Clubs to children on Army installations around the world and provides them with a sense of home and family. AYDP came to Mind & Media for help in promoting the project to gain buy-in from high-level Army and USDA decision makers.

 

The Solution

Mind & Media created a brand that crystallized the essence of the youth development project. Our team of experts:

  • Developed a fresh, simple brand that gave the project a positive, clean image
  • Created marketing materials that carried the brand, including:
    • A cost-effective, high-quality, award-winning annual report,
    • A revamped website that clearly communicated AYDP’s mission, and
    • A conference display and poster that gave the program focus

 

The Results

The branding initiative made the project easier to “sell” and paid dividends for all the project’s stakeholders. Helped by the new awareness of the project, the Army met its mission of providing predictable, consistent youth programs on Army installations worldwide.
