The Challenge

A decade of downsizing had left the Department of Defense’s civilian Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) workforce with staff shortages that threatened the success of ongoing and future defense initiatives.

 

The Solution

  • Analyzed private-sector hiring practices, pinpointed target audiences, and considered economic trends to come up with an in-depth strategic marketing plan to be implemented over a five-year period
  • Designed a state-of-the-art careers website where today’s tech-savvy job seekers can explore AT&L careers and apply for AT&L positions
  • Developed a fresh branded identity for the AT&L careers website and the integrated marketing media
